General Manager 
Allie Ferguson

Allie, native of Southern California, has been in the wine industry for the past 8 years. She got her start in the Ramona Valley AVA where her experience spans from Tasting Room, Wine Club, Events, Social Media, Marketing, Management, and Consulting with multiple wineries. She received her Wine Business Management Certification from Sonoma State University in 2018, and became WSET Level II certified with Distinction in 2021.

Savannah Killion

Savannah is a native Texan who set out on her winemaking journey after graduating from Texas A&M with a BS in Bioenvironmental Sciences. Savannah was “bitten by the winebug” and wanted to dive even deeper into the science of winemaking so she went back to school to complete the UC Davis Enology certificate program. Working with several wineries across Texas, grapes from other regions in the US, and having great mentors along the way she has gained knowledge and experience in the industry. Savannah founded Sow Texas Winery Consulting to provide expertise in the budding gulf coast wine region when she took on Chapelton Vineyards as a client. After a few months of consulting work she came on full-time as head winemaker. We are excited to grow our wine program with Savannah leading the way!

Hospitality Director
Margarita Rodriguez

Margarita brings over 10 years experience working in the hospitality industry, and is currently pursuing her hospitality management certificate at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Margarita is responsible for bookings at our villas, and ensuring that our guests have an elevated experience during their stay. Additionally, she is responsible for the gift shop and all things visual at the winery. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has been part of our team from the outset.

Property Manager
Luis Lopez

Luis has been with us since the very beginning stages of creating the vineyards and winery. He is the master of all trades, and makes sure our combined 75 acres at Lyn Ranch & Chapelton Vineyards looks pristine. He is always up to any task, and keeps the place together. We are very thankful to have Luis and all of our property hands. On top of managing the property, he also assists our winemaker is cellar production, and operates our in-house bottling line.

Culinary Director  
Eliza Lopez 

Eliza has been with Chapelton Vineyards since before we opened our doors. She is an expert at all things charcuterie, and making sure our wine & food experience at Chapelton is one to remember. She takes pride in her culinary work and always keeps us laughing and smiling. We are looking forward to continue to grow our wine & food pairing experience at Chapelton Vineyards with her leading the way.
